Mutatio is the Latin word for transformation and change. 

Since 2013 I have been working in the UK & USA, coaching successful individuals and teams who are passionate and focused on personal and professional development, and business growth. Extraordinary leaders and organisations recognise the huge value and return on investment that coaching can bring. Sessions are designed specifically for individuals to access their strengths, grow their agility, adaptability, and resilience to stay ahead, maintaining consistent presence and gravitas. I have a 30+ year career in event management and communications both agency and corporate including global responsibility in Investment Banking, and 15+ years of learning & development. Deep experience of working with Board, C-Suite, Senior Management and rising talent informs my practice. I’m a published author and journalist specialising in luxury travel, private aviation, hotel resort architecture, interiors and landscape. I am also a University Lecturer in Event Management and Business Studies Bachelor and Masters.
